In all our rooms smoking is not permitted (excluding terraces). Hairdryers are available to customers in all bathrooms. To promote sociability among the guests, we intentionally excluded radio and television in the rooms. On request we accept small and medium size dogs at a daily rate of CHF 15.
During your stay at the Cristallina, we offer you free of charge the Ticino Ticket, which allows you to use public transport throughout Ticino.

This rooms are located on the 1st floor in the old part of the hotel. They are equipped with two separate beds, washbasin, a bedside table and a small terrace facing south-east that offers panoramic views of the nearby mountains. WC and shower are on the floor.

This room is located on the 1st floor in the rear of the hotel, it's very spacious and is therefore also ideal for three people or for families with children.
This room is located on the second floor, has an open space of 45 square meters and is therefore also suitable for three persons or families with children.
These rooms are located on the 2nd floor in the new part; they are oriented towards the south-east and ideal for a longer stay. These rooms are furnished with a table and chairs inside and a large terrace ideal for reading and contemplation. One of these rooms is equipped with bio-switch (a device that eliminates the electric field in the room after switching off the lamp).
This room is located on the 2nd floor and is ideal for couples or for families. It is divided into two parts and has a terrace of 27m2 equipped with a table, chairs and a sun lounger. The terrace is shaded by a grape arbour, and comfortable armchairs invite you to read a good book and/or relax. This room is equipped with bio-switch (a device that eliminates the electric field in the room after switching off the lamp).
